日系企業が海外に生産拠点を作ることを全面的にサポートするために作られた。施設は効率性を重視し、独立した賃貸工場と共用施設（職員食堂、管理事務所など）のコンプレックスとなっている。

This is Joint Factory for Mitsubishi Corp. built in Johor in Malaysia to support setting up new Production Base for Japanese manufactures overseas.

For efficiency purpose, facilities is a complex of independent rental tenant factory space sharing public area (staff dining room and common Management Office, etc.)
